I am a Black Male 53 years of age. I'm looking for shelter because I lost My home/apt. due to 6 months of incarceration. I have an income ($771.00) SSI and I would like to obtain shelter in Your program until I can save up some money to get My own apt. and pay off a substaintial Electric bill that continued while I was locked up ($800.00). I currently sleep at night at the royal oak Smart Bus transit center and a response from You as soon as possible will be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

my mother passed November 22,2019 the Funeral was Dec 5,2019 I haven't any money saved mom hardly had enough money for her funeral I borrowed from friends and family I get a disability check from the VA however this two-thirds of my next check will have to pay back friends .I have to move from where me and mom was staying bills are coming from everywhere .please I need some time to save money and get me an apartment. I am a Disabled Veteran with Hope that my life will get better.
