Description

The primary program components are triage, engagement, substance abuse stabilization services, outreach and assessment, referral, educational services, and emergency shelter services.
All program components are delivered with competencies in culture, language, gender, disabilities, sexual orientation, and age.
Daybreak Shelter is open from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on a first come, first served basis, each day for men and women at least 18 years old.
