Description

Life Center of Eastern Delaware County is a 50-bed facility for single adults and is located at 63rd and Market Street in Upper Darby. 

The Life Center provides shelter to over 160 Delaware County residents per year. Case management, support services, and life coaching are provided to residents with a focus on permanent housing solutions and which promote economic self-sufficiency.

Fee medical screenings are provided to residents on a weekly basis through ChesPenn Health Services.
