I learned that this place doesn't offer overnight shelter. So if I come to you for help, where can I go stay at?

I am going to L.A from San Francisco area; am currently living in a very low rent facility at $278,00 monthly- (Senior rate for me). I can pay up to $300,00 and perhaps a bit more. I want to be amongst some family members and my friends also I relish a miler climate. About a low rental rate-I am willing to do various chores, such dog/cat care, housekeeping, cooking and some child care. I can do this for a small apartment.
