Description

The Family Management Center (FMC) is located at 229 Norris Street in Chester and has 11 rooms for homeless families.

 Residents of FMC receive case management, support services, and life coaching designed to move families from homelessness to permanent housing and to assist families to reach economic self-sufficiency.

FMC offers numerous additional services including an After School Program, free health screenings through ChesPenn Health Services, toys during the holiday season, and play therapy.

    My id is James Hicks. But for this I used Collins. I am a college dropout student struggling from a shoulder injury to find work and battle for custodial rights to my child. I need to find a place for while I try to find a job so I can resume school.
