I have a young man that needs temporary emergency shelter and also has a pet due to his emotional well being. He needs counseling and maybe treatment for depression and anxiety.

Hello, I'm a Case Manager and I had been receiving calls from a person who needs a shelter. He is an elder man and he is sleeping in his car since 2015. He came to me asking for help. Please how should we proceed to enroll him in this institution at least for a short term.
