Description
Welcome One Emergency Shelter is operated by Faith Communities and Civic Agencies United (FCCAU).It cares for 33 homeless individuals every night -- 27 men and 6 women - at the facility in Belcamp.
Welcome One is the only full-service emergency shelter in Harford County.
The daily goal is to provide stability for shelter residents with regular meals, laundry facilities and showers, wholesome recreation and encouragement and assistance to transition to self-sufficiency.
