The Transition program is a 6 month discipleship program that assists through case management.
They have services for both women and children which they have their own dormitory.

and men services for the men only dormitory.
Dormitories are open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
This 29,000 square-foot facility provides a dormitory for single
women, 11 suites for mothers with children, a dormitory for men,
volunteer-staffed medical and dental clinics, clothing services, laundry
facility, counseling offices, food preparation and dining areas and
administration offices.


Client services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.


Administration offices are open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.


Monday through Friday, except for holidays.
