Description

House of Hope Community Development Corporation is a non-profit organization founded in 1989 in Warwick, Rhode Island, with a mission to prevent and end homelessness in the state and end the personal and social trauma of homelessness.
They create affordable housing delivered with life changing services and work with other advocates for policies to ensure that everyone can have a safe, stable home.
In 2014 House of Hope CDC served a record number - nearly 1,200 individuals.
Their team of exceptional social workers provide a host of supportive services to assist their shelter guests in securing income, health insurance, and most importantly, permanent housing.

    Hi, im looking for a social worker or somebody to have maybe found a place to live or a shelter or somewhere to stay. Im on the section 8 list in east providence, but im going to need something sooner.
