Description

ESHC provides innovative programs to assist the most chronic homeless families with children in Florida's St. Johns County to get off the street and on the road to self-sufficiency.

    I am a case manager for the Southernmost Homeless Assistance League in Key West. I have a client that plans to relocate to St Augustine.

    I?m 64 years old and reaching for help. I need a warm bed, meals, clothing, a Case Mananger that can give to me, a helpful orientation, job and health program, transition house, courses and everything that can give me a substantial life renew, that can leading me to make a new and strong path in the life. Things happened in the life and in some point, we need an extra little help. I would like to know if you are able to help me and what do I have to do.
