Description

The Homeless Assistance Program (HAP) provides services to persons who are at risk of becoming homeless (near homeless) or who are homeless. Participants must demonstrate that with the prevention and intervention services provided by the HAP service components, they would be able to meet their basic needs in the immediate and near future.


Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm

    I have a 20 yr old son, he has been out of my home since October, he was discharged from a program in may, he need some serious help, and I cannot help him he is currently homeless and I'm trying to see what I can do, He has some issues i have 2 other sons that i need to take care of as well, His father has been in mexico the last 8 or 9 years. He needs some help, please get back to me. He has me feeling bad, and it really hurt but he cannot be in my home for many reasons.
