The Torres Community Shelter is the only free, non-faith based, non profit shelter that serves men, women and families with children in Butte County.
Every night the Torres Shelter provides a warm meal, a hot shower, and safe place to sleep to nearly 160 people experiencing homelessness.

    Can homeless people with a rooftop car tent stay here? All the campgrounds are closed due to covid or fire.
