Hello, I lost my home back in September due to my landlady passing. I lived there for almost 5 years. I have pets, cat's that I love with all my heart. They are really the only reason I keep going. They are strong and healthy, they are my babies. My car just blew a head gasket so I'm stranded. I have a job to start but as of today I have to leave where I am which is in a freezing garage with a little heater. I'm on two waiting list for an apartment and it was suppose to have been the 1st of the year when I was suppose to move in but now they have put me off until March. I don't want to have to lose my baby's, I've fought this long and hard to keep us together and I'm so close to having my own place again but these people here aren't very good people and she's telling me to leave, she's actually screaming st the top of her lung's. This person's brother, a drunk came in the garage while I was out walking stretching my leg's and he stole my change and a cell phone so now I'm the bad guy and I have to leave. I don't have any family that can help me and I thought I had more friends but obviously I don't. Is there any help out there for me and my babies? Its sad that I'm wanting to get this job and do right to have a better life but no one is willing to help me get started. Lord if someone can point me in the right direction to help myself, please let me know. Thank you and God Bless

I am currently living in my car with husband and my 3 dogs we have jad over 7 years can't get rid of them. We rescued two of them. He has had a broken back and pelvis from accident and it is hard for him to be in the car sleeping. We are staying at a pilot gas station in TN Jackson. We have no where to turn. The place we was staying got sold and we had to move. Please help. Thank you.

Hello, my fianc? and I are being forced into homelessness as of the 20th of this month. Because I don?t have any children, we are low priority on the waiting lists for most shelters and Section 8 housing. All we need is a safe place during this transition period and help finding out what to do next. Please, we?re young and scared. We will be outside of Nashville closer to La Vergne and Smyrna. It is just the two of us... Thank you and God bless.
