Description
CHOICES is providing transitional housing for homeless residents needing additional time to get back on their feet and PERMANENT housing for those falling through the cracks of existing services but requiring a supporting housing environment.CHOICES is providing 48 beds in 12 apartments and will follow a best-practice, resident-managed model developed by the Low Income Housing Institute in Seattle, Washington.

Is this shelter free?
This shelter is a joke after it became under new management in 2020. During covid 19 I was giving a place a Shenika place ran by serve city because I could not work due to covid, I moved in at the end of May and got an eviction letter first of July for failure to pay rent. I had a family death and this new owner locked me out of my living quarters 1 week before court paper allowed it. They took all my belongings and I never got any help. Please don't go here.
