Description
The New Hope of Women's Shelter, provide a place where women can regain their lives amidst a loving Christ-centered atmosphere was their goal in starting the shelter.Many women in Somerset County were seeking shelter but there were none available.
In the first 6 years of operations, they have provided a place for over 500 women and children.
In March of 2015, they moved into their new fully paid-for facility provided by the generous donations of churches, businesses, foundations, and individuals!
They are pleased to offer a beautiful homey atmosphere and a structured program to help women gain hope for their futures!
The Shelter is open to Women in need and their children for somewhere to sleep during the day, they are not required to leave, for they can stay and attend the schedule that the New Hope of Women's Shelter has made:
Devotions daily at 8:30 AM
Classes and Groups most days at 10 AM.
These include:
Monday- Nutrition/ Cooking Class Tuesday- Parenting ClassWednesday- Craft GroupThursday- Celebrate RecoverFriday- Boundaries Group 6:30 pm Daily Bible Study
