About this Shelter

The Lincoln Park Community Shelter (LPCS) is a comprehensive social service agency serving adult men and women who are experiencing homelessness.

Located in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood, LPCS has been providing shelter and other basic needs to their community since 1985.

Today, LPCS provides interim housing, meals, and a focused array of social services to more than 400 people each year.


Mission Statement: LPCS brings communities together to empower individuals facing homelessness and poverty to secure stable housing and make sustainable life changes.

    Hello i am a driver for Doordash good delivery service. I have been experiencing domestic violence in my last four residences starting with the mother of my son way back in November 2019.thanks in advance
