You could have told us on the phone that you were full instead of making an appointment and then we would drive all the way over here to the motel just to be told that you were full; we didn't even have the gas to do this we are homeless we don't have no place to go and you had us on a wild goose chase. Two of us did not have what we needed and two of us did and you still turned them down after we drove all the way over you should pay for our gas cuz we didn't have the gas now now we're going to take away from actually trying to find a place since you had us drive all the way over and tell us that something you could have told me on the phone.
