Description

HALO is a non-profit organization committed to providing a pathway to self-sufficiency for those experiencing homelessness in Racine County.
HALO helps homeless adults become self-sufficient, and ensures that homeless children get positive support through stable living & learning environments.

    I was evicted unexpectedly. potential landlords say cannot provide residence. first time I was evicted ever in at least last 7 years
