Description

The Emergency Shelter Commission's mission is to coordinate the City's efforts to prevent and end homelessness and hunger through proactive planning, policy analysis, program development and advocacy with our city, state, federal and community partner agencies.
The Commission's goal is to eradicate hunger and homelessness by seeking systemic solutions to these challenging socio-economic problems.
The ESC coordinates a safety net of services and provides information and referral to homeless and hungry citizens in need.
