Welcome Home works to provide at-risk Veterans with temporary housing, programs and services, leading them to independence.

Welcome Home is a Veteran only transitional living program

They provide full wrap-around services for homeless and at-risk Veterans that address three main long-term goals; increased residential stability, increased skill level and/or income, and greater self-determination of participants
