About this Shelter

As the designated community action agency for Washington County, Maryland, CAC's goal is to help people achieve self-sufficiency.
Mission Statement: Washington County Community Action Council’s mission is to assist people in economic need in our community to achieve and maintain self-sufficiency while respecting their diversity.
