Im a 75 year old Veteran with prostate cancer, cervical and lumbar surgeries (on going care) right knee torn miniscis, (under care) and currently receiving S/S of 1,554.00 monthly, my rent is: 1,690.00 and will increase by 3% next month. My fiance receives 654.00 which covers some of the living needs. We have maxed out our USAA Visa to 6,000.00 to meet the rent amount. I have an approval of my veterans benefits which will take some time to fund. I have also applied under a hardship condition so my claim could be advanced, although approved there is no commitment of time to deliver payment. We are seeking temporary assistance for rent, food and utilities and car insurance. If we meet the qualifications for support, when my benefits award is received I will to repay in total. We are in a very difficult as many are to date. I have all formal documentation necessary to demonstrate my need for assistance. Victor V. Perdomo
