The Rose is a 30-day emergency shelter for single women and women with children (girls of all ages, boys ages 11 and under).
Women with children stay in private bedrooms.
Guests are provided transportation on and off the property to designated locations and may receive vouchers to the Thrift store for clothing as needed.
Guests come together to complete chores and participate in house meetings, while volunteers minister to guests through morning devotions and evening Bible studies.

    I'm looking for shelter for a woman and small dog.she been neglected her entire life she has a disability that was never taking care of when she was a child. Crystal mother is in Oregon she never raised her gave her to the father when she was a baby she never got any help for her disability.they got her a place she lived alone with no help never learn to cook ate sandwiches for years power was off in the home for 5months at a time.anyway she was unloved by her family. I been helping her.I went to feed her on regular basic she lived in parking garage for a month.I went to drop and talked to coordinate we for her. They gave her place at Sam Jones for six months.then I helped her sign up for SSI of course that a long process. So I signed her up for north-bay regional center we went to three appointment stretched out over three months.she does not know what to do.she has a small dog Sam Jones program was over for her feb1i was hoping north-bay would make a decision to accept her as a client then get trouble would be over she could get the help she needs..unfortunately it taken some Tim for the appointed Dr at north-bay to make his report. She back in the streets I am in touch with her I go feed her but her shoes what ever I could do to help her.she has the mind of 12years old at times she won't get rid of her puppy so she can go to another shelter.this puppy been out her with her for nine months he her life line.she has blisters on bitten of her feet I know she not the only homeless person out here that needs help.but I'm asking if you could help me to get her some where before something happen to her.I'm am really trying to get her in north-bay if the Dr makes her a client she will go to a group home and have a family and finally learn some life skills and automatically get her ssi.it breaks my heart she out here.if I could bring her home with me i would but I don't live alone.can any bother get her a extension for a month more at Sam Jones?please if you can help please I want her to have a chance to be around people that will love her north bay is coming but need to be some where she safe until we get the response.
