Description
The main focus of the H.O.U.S.E. Program at the Sister Rose house is to help families achieve successful placement into stable housing.
This is accomplished by providing families with case management services for one full year following shelter exit.
During the stabilization phase, Sr. Rose Case Managers, will work with families on accessing additional housing resources, providing life-skills and financial empowerment training.
Additionally, CSS connects families to resources that are available within their respective communities to sustain long-term stable housing.
