Shenandoah Women's Center, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization whose mission is to provide various services to victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, incest, and childhood abuse and to enhance their safety, offer support, and promote empowerment.SWC strives to educate the local community so as to change the fundamental beliefs and practices that allow abuse to continue.
