Description

The Warming CenterThe Warming Center provides a warm and friendly place for shelter guests to gather before heading out for the day.

During the shelter season (mid-September through mid-May), the host church will have the use of the Warming Center to serve as a morning shelter location from 6am-8am.

Guests can also use the shower facility located in the Warming Center during this time. The center is open from 8am-12pm for everyone in the community to enjoy a hot breakfast and lunch.

During the summer months when the shelter is closed (mid-May through mid-September), the Warming Center remains open to everyone in our community Monday-Sunday from 8am-noon for a meal and fellowship. Various community agency representatives may be available at the warming center to meet with guests regarding employment, housing, health care, or any other matter that helps with regaining independence.
