About this Shelter

The Prevention and Repid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) is designed to serve persons who are homeless or will be homeless but for the HPRP assistance.

The intent of the City of Lancaster's Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program is to provide housing stabilization by providing temporary financial assistance and/or services to individuals and families as a bridge to gain long-term stability.

Mission Statement:
"The mission of the Coordinated Entry System (CES) is to create a seamless, cooperative system of service delivery for homeless and at-risk families, individuals and transitional age youth (TAY) throughout Los Angeles County; to reduce the overall impact of homelessness to all; and to reduce the number of those experiencing homelessness."
