Description

The Back Home Supportive Services for Veterans Families Program (SSVF) is funded through the Department of Veterans Affairs. Family Tree partners with Volunteers of America to serve veteran families in several areas of Colorado. The goal of the program is to promote housing stability among very-low income veterans who are homeless or who are at risk of becoming homeless.
