Description

Bridge to Home provides support services - including an emergency winter shelter, case management, housing navigation, and medical clinics - that help individuals and families in the Santa Clarita Valley transition out of homelessness. 



Bridge to Home is funded through contracts with the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, subcontracts with Los Angeles Family Housing, private and public grants, and extensive in-kind donations and participation from the local community.



With space for 60 residents, the shelter is open 365/24/7.

    Im looking for long term housing for me and my dog. I cant let him go because he`s my emotional support animal. He`s chipped registered and vaccinated. I recently received a job offer here in Santa Clarita so i need to be stationed here in Santa Clarita. i work security i just need a place to stay until I find permanent housing.
