I'm homeless I just moved in Altoona though that my Mother and I was looking to buy a rent to own but it didn't come through. So my mom and I are homeless now don't have any more money to stay in the Econo Lodge my mother do have her voucher from section 8 papers. But they are being faxed over to Altoona PA they are Delaware County Voucher. Not here in Altoona Pa.
