My brother has NO shelter from the elements. He is elderly and has had heart attacks. He has NO address at this time. He has just been released from prison and serving a parole in Durango. I can do nothing to help. I live 2000 miles from him and very disabled myself. He's 72. I'm 78 and hanging on each day by the nails. Yet I am extremely worried about my brother. learned from another he is sleeping on the ground and freezing. He has had a fall in the mountains(apparently) and injured his knee, I was told in a phone call.
