Description
They aim to decrease and prevent homelessness throughout Los Angeles County by providing comprehensive Case Management and Supportive Services, housing, job search and placement, outreach, and referral services.Currently, they operate four programs and provide case management and supportive services to homeless and low-income individuals or families with children.
